The Interns are Coming!Meet the 2017 SPS Interns, who are coming to the Washington, DC area for 10-week science education, policy, and outreach internships with organizations including SPS , AIP, AAPT, APS, OSA, NASA, NIST, and the U.S. Congress.
At their host organizations, students will contribute their energy, ideas and diverse backgrounds to complete meaningful assignments and promote the advancement of physics and astronomy. Interns receive mentoring from senior staff at their respective organizations and participate in orientation, outreach, social events and a closing symposium hosted by the SPS National Office.
