Do you attend a two-year or community college (TYC) or have a TYC campus nearby? If so, SPS National is hosting an informational webinar where you will learn how SPS membership can enrich your academic and professional development and how SPS can support your department’s health and culture. Join us live on Wednesday, September 26 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm ESTand hear from TYC SPS advisors on the best practices for starting and maintaining a strong SPS chapter on a TYC campus.
This webinar is open to all students, advisors, faculty, and department chairs who currently have an SPS chapter or are interested in starting one. The information handbook is available online now. This tool serves as a reference on how to apply for awards and grants, coordinate with other chapters, improve chapter health, and more! A hard-copy of the Information Handbook was recently provided to SPS Advisors in the Fall Mailer.
Attend the NSBP Meeting

SPS offers Travel Awards for undergraduate student members to attend AIP member society meetings. Although we try and highlight all information in our bi-weekly news, we recommend keeping up to date on all meetings through use of the AIP member society calendar and the individual meeting website for deadlines.
