Planning your spring SPS or Zone meetings? Request an SPS/ΣΠΣ alum as a virtual or in-person guest speaker! The Alumni Engagement Program has over 20 alumni who have volunteered to provide talks, job shadowing, and tours. Just visit the website and search available alumni by state, discipline, engagement level, and job sector. When you find a speaker you are interested in, click “Request this Alum!” and enter information about your request. Make sure you check the Alumni page often, we are continuing to add new alumni information every week.

Accepting JURP Submissions through May 15
SPS is accepting submissions for the Journal of Undergraduate Reports in Physics (JURP). JURP gives undergraduate students the opportunity to share your work and be published in a peer-reviewed journal. The final submission deadline for this year’s issue of JURP is May 15.
