JURP Submissions Due Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the last day to submit your report for the 2019 issue of the Journal of Undergraduate Reports in Physics (JURP). JURP gives undergraduate students the opportunity to share their work and be published in a peer-reviewed journal. Reports must be submitted through the awards system and signed off by your advisor by tomorrow, May 15 at 11:59pm EDT. For submission instructions, click here.

Chapter Reports Due June 15

Chapter Reports are a great way for you to look back on your accomplishments from the past year. Submitting a Chapter Report also enters your school in the running for an Outstanding Chapter Award and other chapter designations. We have simplified the submission process and no login is required. Start your report today! The first 100 chapters to submit their reports will be entered in a drawing for one of five $100 pizza gift cards.

Apply for PhysCon Travel & Reporter Awards

Whether you are presenting a poster at PhysCon or are interested in science writing for PhysCon – SPS has awards available to you! The Travel Award will provide $200 for students presenting a poster at PhysCon, while the Chapter Reporter Award provides up to $600 for chapters who want to write an official report after attending PhysCon or post to social media during PhysCon.
