Dear SPS Member,

The Winter 2018 issue of the SPS Observer, "Exploring Career Options", is now available online. This issue's features provide an overview of career opportunities available to physics and astronomy students. You can learn about the newly minted Careers Toolbox, explore career options through various physicist profiles, and experience different career opportunities in physics research

Additionally, you can read about one SPS member's experience at the official announcement of LIGO's detection of gravitational waves and the Nobel Prize in Physics. Or, review resources to help navigate choosing the right graduate program and/or craft the perfect resume to help you land your next position.

If you have news you’d like to share in the SPS Observer, contact James Merrick (jmerrick@aip.org).

You are receiving this e-mail because you selected to opt-out of receiving the SPS Observer in your mailbox. If you would like to update your settings, visit the SPS membership database to modify your profile.
