Submit Your Chapter Report!
SPS Chapter Reportsarea great way for you to record your accomplishments from the past year and keep us informed about your chapter. Submitting a Chapter Report enters
your school in the running for an SPS Outstanding Chapter Awardand other chapter designations. The first 100 chapters to submit their reports will be entered in a drawing for one of six $100 gift cards. Chapter Reports are due June 15!
Even if your chapter is not submitting a report this year, please complete the first section of the form to update your chapter’s information with the SPS national office. Chapters updating their information will also be eligible for prizes!
